9 to 5 Title Sequence

This project is an idea for the remake of the iconic movie "9 to 5" featuring Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda, and Lily Tomlin. Saul Bass and Abner Graboff inspired the style for this project with its simple, flat shapes and bold colors. The combination of '60s colors and style with the vectorized graphic make this title sequence relevant today. This comedy brings to light real issues while simultaneously keeping us laughing through the whole thing. We wanted to focus on the women who made this movie and continue to stand up for women’s rights way past the movie’s release.
